1. This specialised conical twin screw has the right compression ratio and thread construction. Conical twin-screw barrels can support the production speed of LVT laminate flooring. Suitable for direct extrusion with powders and mixes of PVC.

2. The screw barrel has a low-shear, high-conveying conical twin screw design. Ensures maximum extrusion capacity with excellent plasticizing capacity. Improved surface gloss of LVT flexible laminate sheet through stable plasticisation and extrusion.

3. We use high quality 38CrMoAlA as the base material, which is strictly tempered and nitrided. We treat the conical screw flight and the vulnerable parts of the barrel inner wall with a bimetallic alloy coating. LVT flexible laminate screw barrel have the advantages of extremely high wear and corrosion resistance and increased service life.

4. Excellent compatibility. We offer 80, 92, and other mainstream models and designs for LVT laminate flooring. All of them use standard assembly dimensions and are easy to install.
