1. Mainly suitable for PE fibre raw materials, producing high-quality filaments and staple melts. For our screw barrels, we use quality 38CrMoAlA that undergoes rigorous tempering, nitriding, and machining processes. To extend their service life, the screw barrels can also be treated with upgraded bimetallic alloys.

2. We offer a wide range of screw barrel designs and anti-wear solutions for staple and filament extruders with different PE fibre formulations and product requirements. PE staple and filament manufacturing extrusion screws are available in conventional feed screw design and new combined screw designs with barrier screws, maddock screws, pin screw, and screw with mixing elements. The extrusion barrels can be supplied with both the normal smooth bore barrel and the upgraded grooved feed bore barrel. The forced feed system of the screw barrel helps to improve feeding and plasticisation.

3. Using our PE staple and filament screw barrels ensures good plasticisation and stability, enabling production of high strength fabrics in an efficient and uniform process.
