Quality PET Polyester Staple Fiber and Filament Screw Barrel
1. We use premium 38CrMoAlA to make the screw barrel. It is after strict tempering and nitriding treatment and processing procedures that the hardness and other factors of the screw barrel improve, giving longer service life. The screws and barrels are machined using high precision CNC screw milling machines. Each set of screws and barrels for extruding PET filament and staple fibres performs consistently.
2. We have a wide range of large screw barrel processing equipment to quickly produce premium large PET filament, staple fibre, and monofilament extrusion screw barrels (D90, D105, D120, D160).
3. We offer a traditional three-stage screw design as well as a new combination screw design that is optimized for filament and staple fibre production. Optimised screw and barrel feed section structure for stable feed and balanced output in the extrusion section, increasing plasticisation and extrusion efficiency. By increasing the screw’s melting and compression time, PET raw material is fully compressed. This method will ensure that the PET filament and staple fibre is dense and well mixed.
4. We also offer special screws that can process PET recycled bottle flakes/sheets to fibre processing. Bimetallic alloy treatment and electroplating can be provided for transparent PET materials.
5. Our screw barrels are suitable for most models and are easy to install. If you are not sure of your screw barrel design, you can also provide assembly information to our engineers for customisation.
