Features:

1. HUACHEN uses the optimised conical twin screw design for PVC foam sheets. It solves the problem that the conical twin screw cannot effectively mix the melt with the foamed sheet.

2. The PVC foam sheet twin extruder screw structure is divided into five sections: feeding section, compression section, metering section, venting section, and mixing section. The mixing section features a spiral mixing head. In the compression section, there is a metering section. Screw prongs on the venting section and mixing section have been treated with a bimetallic wear-resistant treatment. 

3. The PVC foam sheet extruder barrel is designed with grooved feed sleeves. By increasing friction in the barrel, these grooves help the extruder plasticize more efficiently.

4. SKD barrels are another option for updating barrels. The SKD inlay busing barrel improves the quality and output of PVC foam sheet material extrusion.
