1. We manufacture and have sufficient stock of conical twin screw specifications:
45/100, 51/105, 53/128, 55/125, 55/128, 55/120, 55/110, 65/132, 65/138, 80/156, 92/188 and 100/220, customized screw barrel available.
2. Parallel twin screw barrel specifications are:
52/25, 60/25, 75/36, 90/36, 107/28, 120/26, 130/28, 135/28, 160/33 and others, customized screw barrel availbale.
The material chosen for the screws is made of 38CrMoAlA and other high quality alloy steel through the process of tempering, qualifying, forming, nitriding, fine grinding, and polishing, etc., with high wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The screw flights are sprayed with tungsten carbide alloy, and the barrel bore grooves are sprayed with alloy or the barrel is fitted with SKD11 sleeves. It can effectively improve the wear resistance of the screw barrel and increase its service life. Particularly suitable for processing PVC materials with a high calcium content.

65/132 pipe conical twin screw design available: 80%-120% calcium powder, 150%-200% calcium powder, 250%-300% calcium powder, 300% high calcium powder formula above.
65/132 WPC profile conical twin screws are available: WPC one-step extrusion screw design, WPC two-step extrusion screw design, where the wood powder percentage is 30%-70%.
65/132 China standard for pelletizing conical twin screws.
65/132 various foaming and microcellular Foaming conical twin screws.
The output of 65/132 series screws can reach 200 kg/h – 220 kg/h.
